Why can't I stop thinking about everything, even when life is fine?

Maybe it's one big thing on your mind, or you might notice overthinking is just your pattern.  It can start to feel like an echo chamber in your head.  It's very normal for life to look "fine" on the outside while your inner world feels busy or unsettled

Is it just stress or do I actually need therapy?

"Need" can be a funny word.  Therapy isn't usually about survival, rather asking, Would support help me live my life with more clarity and ease right now?  If you feel stuck, stressed, or off, it's okay to seek therapy simply because you want perspective or relief.  Crisis isn't required

Can I really make time for therapy if I am already so busy?

Such a relatable question.  Sometimes therapy fits perfectly, and sometimes it's just too much, and that's ok.  When the timing works, we can meet as often as is helpful, in person or online.  You can pause and return whenever your schedule allows
