Still thinking about it?
Your mind is working hard, let's figure out what it actually needs
something feels "off"
wanting to get it right
tension with family
What's keeping your mind spinning?
fear of choosing wrong
a decision you can't quite make
relationship questions
work stress
You're doing all the things AND...
It can be exhausting
Doubt. Mental looping
It can take a toll on your body
Sleep disturbed. Skipped workouts. Pulling away from friends
It can make you question your values
Pressure to perform. Figuring out your priorities
All that time in your head...
competes with being present in your life
Where is this coming from?
1 / Sometimes overthinking is your mind's way of trying to protect you or show you that something truly matters
2 / Sometimes it's stress, and stress actually responds well to a plan. Getting clear on next steps can quiet things down
3 / Sometimes it's anxiety, and anxiety doesn't need more thinking. It needs something different entirely
Common questions
?
Why can't I stop thinking about everything, even when life is fine?
Maybe it's one big thing on your mind, or you might notice overthinking is just your pattern. It can start to feel like an echo chamber in your head. It's very normal for life to look "fine" on the outside while your inner world feels busy or unsettled
?
Is it just stress or do I actually need therapy?
"Need" can be a funny word. Therapy isn't usually about survival, rather asking, Would support help me live my life with more clarity and ease right now? If you feel stuck, stressed, or off, it's okay to seek therapy simply because you want perspective or relief. Crisis isn't required
?
Can I really make time for therapy if I am already so busy?
Such a relatable question. Sometimes therapy fits perfectly, and sometimes it's just too much, and that's ok. When the timing works, we can meet as often as is helpful, in person or online. You can pause and return whenever your schedule allows
