Both! I provide virtual therapy throughout MN and WA, and in-person sessions at my St. Paul office launch mid-April. If you're local to the Twin Cities, we're almost there!
I am in-network with BCBS MN and UnitedHealth Care (UHC). For private pay clients my sessions are $160 for a 55-minute session.
Clients often begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. This isn't always the case, just what my clients have generally preferred. As progress is made and things start to feel more manageable, sessions often shift to every other week and eventually to an as-needed basis for ongoing support or check-ins
We can almost always switch to a virtual session if the need arises. From time to time, I may lean on this option as well. Illness, weather, caretaking are all good reasons to switch to virtual

You'll notice therapy is working when your goals and direction start to feel clearer, your trust in your own instincts grows, and that fuzzy picture of where you want to end up begins to take shape. Change isn't always linear, and therapy isn't always instantly gratifying, but over time, you'll see progress in both insight and action. I love this question!
