Therapy for Women in St. Paul

You do it all
You keep everyone else going
How are you doing?

Home: Welcome

You've been holding it together so long you can't remember what it felt like not to

The to-do list gets done. People get taken care of. You show up.

But wait - there's a loud thought that keeps surfacing and you're not sure what to do about it.  Or maybe you already know what needs to change, you're just a little pissed that it's on you to figure it out, like always.

That anger keeps things moving.  Easier than sitting with what's underneath.  Maybe you're just not ready to feel like your world is falling apart.

I'm here to hear all of it. Not to tell you what to do, but to help you hear yourself again.

You're tired.  I get it.  Maybe wondering if therapy is going to feel like just another thing to do.  Another relationship that takes too much work.

Maybe scared that things will get worse before they get better.

But you're already exhausted.  Already managing resentment, doubt, overwhelm.

You might be ready to put it down for a minute.

Finally, exhale
Home: About

Overthinking and pressure

Your mind is always going - analyzing, replaying, preparing, and it's exhausting

Feeling stuck

When your relationships keep leading you back to the same place

Achieved it - still chasing

When success isn't meeting all of your needs

Burnout recovery

When you're exhausted, but life keeps going

Hi, I'm Coree

I've been helping women sort through relationships, trust their instincts, and find their way back from burnout and exhaustion since 2014

I've lived through my own seasons of exhaustion and  overdoing (this is super true, I'm not just trying to seem relatable), and I know how to help you find your way back

I help women who...

  • are absolutely fine (and exhausted)

  • are one bad day away from burning it all down

  • have already texted all their friends and still end up in the same place

  • are doubling down when you actually need rest

How it works

If you're ready to get started, here's what to expect:

1 / Schedule a free 15-minute consultation

A chance to ask questions, share what's been weighing on you, and see if therapy feels like the right next step

2 / Schedule your first session

We'll find a time to meet and dive deeper into what you want to talk about

3 / Begin therapy, at your pace

We'll come up with a plan for how therapy can best support you

Not ready to schedule yet?
